Can Ata Kıraç, a manager and businessman, was born in Ankara in 1927. Can Kıraç spent his childhood in Eskişehir and received his education at Galatasaray High School and Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture. he was the president of the Turkish National Student Federation in 1949-50. in 1957, he became an assistant manager at Egemak company in Izmir, where Vehbi Koç was also a partner.
