What is their mobility like?

Will they need help taking medication?
Being prepared to respond to inquiries about the prescriptions your loved one takes may help you determine whether they need encouragement or reminders to take them. They’ll probably ask if they take their prescription consistently, in a certain way, and at a certain time.
What is their eyesight like?
Be ready to answer queries concerning your loved one’s vision condition, whether they wear glasses or contact lenses, and whether they are at risk of falling due to poor vision.
What is their mental health like?
If your loved one has a history of mental diseases or if there are any present worries about their mental health, you will be questioned about these.
What is their hearing like?
You will be questioned about your loved one’s hearing loss or use of hearing aids. This enables Carers to talk clearly and loudly if the client so requires.
What is their speech like?
If your loved one has any speech issues, the assessor will inquire about them so that the caregivers are informed before their visit.
What is their memory like?
If your loved one has dementia, your assessor will want to know whether they have a diagnosis or not. Do they have memory problems? Do they lose stuff frequently? Are they ever misplaced?
What is their comprehension like?
In order for the caregivers to prepare for visits, you will probably be asked if it is simple to understand your loved one and what they are trying to say, and vice versa.
Do they need help with household tasks?
They will inquire about whether your loved one needs assistance with cleaning, laundry, etc. to determine whether they will require assistance with home duties.
Will they need help attending appointments?
It’s crucial to be informed of any recurring appointments your loved one may have, including doctor’s visits and hearing/vision tests. The business will be able to allocate visits properly as a result.
Environmental Evaluation
The home care agency must determine whether it is safe to provide care to the patient in their own residence.
